F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan, n\u00e4r jag var p\u00e5 jakt efter resurser inom ”business intelligence” och ”open source intelligence”, hittade jag till OSS.NET<\/a>. Jag fann en hel del anv\u00e4ndbar information d\u00e4r. Det \u00e4r Robert David Steele<\/a>, en f\u00f6re detta spion med ”twenty years of experience in national and defense intelligence<\/i>”, som \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r webbplatsen. Han \u00e4r en erk\u00e4nd auktoritet inom ”open source intelligence”, \u00e5tminstone att d\u00f6ma av alla de milit\u00e4ra, kommersiella och utbildningsorganisationer som l\u00e4nkar till hans webbplats<\/a>. Med oregelbundna mellanrum har jag \u00e5terv\u00e4nt till webbplatsen f\u00f6r att kontrollera om den uppdaterats med ny, intressant information.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r jag nyligen bes\u00f6kte OSS.NET igen (f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader) uppt\u00e4ckte jag att inneh\u00e5llet tillf\u00e4lligt(?) f\u00e5tt en \u00f6vervikt mot ”global\/national<\/a>” och ”military intelligence<\/a>”. Steele anser att Irak-kriget \u00e4r ett stort misstag<\/a> som kan f\u00e5 allvarliga konsekvenser f\u00f6r v\u00e4rlden och USA under o\u00f6versk\u00e5dlig framtid. Inte helt f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande har han mycket l\u00e5ga tankar om Bush-administrationen<\/a>. Webbplatsen \u00e4r definitivt v\u00e4rd att f\u00f6lja, den fullmatad med l\u00e4nkar till intressant l\u00e4sning och uppdateras frekvent. Det \u00e4r ingen tvekan om att OSS.NET \u00e4r tendensi\u00f6st, men man kan knappast anklaga Steele f\u00f6r att vara USA-hatare.<\/p>\n
